SHIPPING POLICY

Sorella Mall offer standard delivery service and deliver your parcel to home or appointed address with care. Once your order is ready for shipping, you may trace your tracking number on mobile apps for the status of your order.

 

Courier Partner

Sorella Mall assigned to our courier partner Citylink for delivery arrangement.

Sorella Mall does not provide international shipping.

 

Tracking Number

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with our courier tracking number from our system. You may trace your tracking number on Citylink websites for the status of your order. 

 

Standard Delivery Lead Time

Your order will be shipped out within 3 to 7 business days from your purchase date.

West Malaysia: 3 - 5 working days

East Malaysia: 5 - 7 working days

During peak season / festive periods, delivery may take longer time. We advise you to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc to avoid any late shipment.

 

If the parcel was unable to be delivered to you after 2 attempts, or if you did not pick up the parcel at a nearby location as instructed to the logistic partner, the order will be forfeited and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

If the parcel was unable to be delivered due to any unpredictable natural disaster or accidents, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. 

If parcel delivery status showed delivered and you are not able to get the parcel, please contact courier company for checking.

 

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee will be included at checkout page on total order.

 

Sorella Group of Companies reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
